The house has been recently renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

 

There are two balconies at the front and a patio on two levels at the back perfect for BBQs.

• Bedroom with 2 individual beds and 1 double bed with sea views

• Double bedroom with views to the back patio

• Bathroom with shower

 

The house is well equipped, has free Wi-Fi and 130 TV channels suitable for most nationalities.

 

 

Prices

 

There are 3 different rental periods:

1. 1 Jan - 30 Jun & 16 Sep - 31 Dec: £500 per week

2. 1-31 Jul & 1-15 Sep: £800 per week

3. 1-31 Aug: £1,000 per week

 

The house has the flexibility of being rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom. The prices quoted are based on 3 bedrooms. The 4th bedroom can be rented for an additional £125 per week.

 

There is a £250 refundable deposit against breakages and damages.

 

We will hold dates for a reasonable lengh of time whilst flights are being confirmed. Once the booking is made, we require 25% deposit with the balance payable two months before the booking commences along with the £250 refundable deposit.
